The purchase price is the consumer price indicated next to the products.

The total amount of the order also includes the cost of delivery.

The indicated prices are in Hungarian forints (HUF).

The minimum order amount is HUF 4,000 without shipping costs.

We cover the shipping costs for orders over HUF 40,000.

The back and forth shipping cost of uncollected orders will be borne by the customer and we will not accept another order until the debt is settled.

Shipping and delivery:

When receiving the products, the customer is obliged to check the integrity of the package and, in case of complete fulfillment, sign the receipt.

In the event of a problem, the customer must request a record and also notify our company's customer service by e-mail so that we can take action as soon as possible.

We are unable to accept subsequent complaints without a protocol!

If the customer does not take delivery of the package, we will charge the cost of shipping there and back, and we will not accept another order from him until the costs have been settled.

Warranty, guarantee:

We do not offer a guarantee for products under HUF 3,000.

We offer a 3-month warranty for products over HUF 3,000. If the manufacturer or distributor specifies a different expiration date, it is indicated on the product data sheet.

The warranty can only be enforced by returning the product in its original box. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

All products returned under warranty are examined by an independent expert. In the case of a legitimate claim, the cost of the test is covered by the shop, in the case of an unjustified claim, the cost of the test is charged to the customer, which varies between 10-20 Euros (4-8 thousand forints) depending on the product.

We do not guarantee painting and chrome plating.

The warranty does not cover:

- for battery cells

- for atomizers, boilers

- To break a glass jacket

- defects resulting from mechanical damage (dropping, sitting on, etc.).

- for errors resulting from e-liquid entering the battery electronics

- USB port error, which was used to charge the battery
